RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please review the following policy for further details.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date.
Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item:
Email customer service at thecircuitpoint@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your RMA number, place the item in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Use a trackable method to send your return; we are not responsible for lost return packages.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
After we receive and inspect your return, your exchange will be processed within two (2) business days.
We will notify you by email once your exchange has been processed.

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these at any time.

Order and Delivery
All products are checked for quality and accuracy before shipping.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for products listed at incorrect prices or with other errors—even after payment is received. In such cases, we will refund the amount.
Any extra costs for re-delivery due to user error (wrong address, recipient unavailable, etc.) will be charged to the customer.
User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information.
We reserve the right to verify and, if necessary, cancel your registration without notice if details are false or incomplete.
You must be 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
You are responsible for the legitimate use of your own credit card.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for:
Credit card fraud (responsibility lies with the user).
Delays or failures caused by natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
Slight color variations due to screen differences or dye variations in fabrics.
Delivery delays—please allow up to 4 weeks, though most orders are delivered within 5–7 days.
Non-delivery beyond 4 weeks will be communicated early.
Product images are for reference only—no refunds or replacements will be given based solely on photos.
Complaints
We will not entertain complaints received more than 7 days after delivery.
Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for custom duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country.
